Is your flat or villa ready for possession?

When you buy a flat or villa, the area calculation given by the 

Builder could be somewhat confusing. We can physically check 

Your property and tell you the as-built area of your property. 

In case of discrepancy you can take this up with your builder. 

Even if the actual area is 10 sq ft less than what is claimed,
