FOREIGN NATIONALITY OVER 18(INCLUDED) WHO COMES TO CHINA TO 

LOOK AFTER THEIR CHINESE PARENTS OVER60(INCLUDED) AND THE 

PARENTS HAVE NO CHILDREN IN CHINA. THE APPLICATION NEED:

1.	VISA APPLICATION FORM or RESIDENCE PERMIT 

APPLICATION FORM WHICH IS FULLY COMPLETED,with one recently 

Taken, two-inch , color passport photo without a hat;

2.	TEMPORARY RESIDENCE REGISTRATION FORM;

3.	Individual application;

4.	Valid passport,both the original and a photocopy,a 

Valid visa,the original and a photocopy,last time entry 

Information page,both the original and a photocopy;

5.	Chinese parents’ ID cards,proof of the family 

Member’s residence in China or proof of living on the 

Chinese mainland for longer than 6 months;

6.	Proof of kindship with parents and proof showing 

That they have no children in China.

7.	Proof of income souce ,House Ownership Certificate 

Or house rent contracts.

8.	Proofs by oversea organizations must be verified by 

The Chinese Embassy or Consulates and with Chinese 

Translation stamped by the translation company .
