2.	TEMPORARY RESIDENCE REGISTRATION FORM;

3.	Individual application;

4.	Valid passport , both the original and a photocopy,a 

Valid visa,the original and a photocopy,last time entry 

Information page,both the original and a photocopy;

5.	House Ownership Certificate;notarized proof of 

Applicant’s source of income,or financial gurantee from 

Others or from the applicant;

6.	Marriage certificate for his/her spouse;birth 

Certificate or family relationship proof for his/her 

Children .

7.	Proofs by overseas organizations must be verified by 

The Chinese Embassy or Consulates and with Chinese 

Translation stamped by the translation company .
