1.	A fully completed RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM, 

With one two inch,recent,color passport photo without a hat;

2.	TEMPORARY RESIDENCE REGISTRATION FORM;

3.	If working with a new employer please provide valid 

Passport,Residence Permit,proof of employer,Duplicate of the 

Business license which has passed annual checking from the 

Administrations for Industry and Commerce,Registration Form 

For the standing Organization;National Organization Code 

Certificate(NOC Certificate),altered ALIEN EMPLOYMENT PERMIT 

Or FOREIGN EXPERTCERTIFICATE,both the original and 

Photocopies;

4.	If passport no. changes please provide valid 

Passport , Residence permit,official letters from the 

Empolyer,Duplicate of the Business License which has passed 

Annual checking from Administrations for Industrial and 

Commerce,the approval certificate of the foreign-invested 

Enterprise , Registration Form for the Standing 

Organization;National Organization Code Certificate(NOC 

Certificate),altered ALIEN EMPOLYMENT PERMIT or FOREIGN 

EXPERT CERTIFICATE,both the original and copies ;

5.	If residence changes , valid passport , Residence 

Permit , offical letters of the emplyer,Duplicate Copy of 

The Business License which has passed annual checking of 

Adminishtrations of Industrial and Commerce,the approval 

Proof for the foreign-invested enterprise ;Registration Form 

For the Standing Organization;National Organization Code 

Certificate(NOC Certificate),altered ALIEN EMPOLYMENT PERMIT 

Or FOREIGN EXPERT CERTIFICATE,both the original and copies , 

Ifresiding in your own new house , House Ownership 

Certificate , the original and its copy are needed;if 

Residing in a rented house,house rent contracts are needed .
